My Story

For more than 20 years, I built my career in education—developing leaders, training professionals, and helping others think strategically about growth. As a single mother of three sons, I understood the importance of stability. But I also recognized the power of ownership.

That realization led me into real estate investing.

What began with a single property has evolved into a diversified portfolio that includes long-term rentals, mid-term rentals, vacation rentals, and multifamily assets. I have structured deals through seller financing, private lending, DSCR financing, and strategic partnerships—gaining firsthand experience in acquisitions, repositioning, asset management, and operational oversight.

In addition to operating my own portfolio, I serve as a General Partner in a multifamily syndication, where I contribute to underwriting review, investor relations, and strategic decision-making. This experience has expanded my perspective beyond individual assets to larger-scale investment structures designed to deliver long-term, risk-adjusted returns.

Throughout every phase of growth, I have remained committed to disciplined decision-making, transparent communication, and continuous learning.

Real estate, for me, is not transactional. It is strategic. It is generational.
